Kartor Reference

Kator is a sea otter character in the comic I plan on making. He's a cyborg spy for the federal government...

Scientists wired a small wire up his spinal cord that tapps into the information flow like when robbers tap into camera's, like in national treasure. That wire sends everything Kator hears, sees smells, and even thinks to his backpack, which has a transmitter that sends information back to the federal headquarters. The backpack is encased in a water proof casing so when he swims, that backpack remains undamanged.

The backpack also has a small wire that can send false signals to his brain, and can be used to make him go where the agency wants them to go.

FWI this is not out of my own brain, the back pack and stuff, its only the way it actually works that I made up. This is an actual thing the federal government is working on, only they are using rats, not sea otters... O_o
